MIS Edge → Cloud Contract (v1.0)

All ingest payloads MUST include these top-level meta fields:

• schemaVersion: "1.0"
• machineId: UUID
• tsDevice: epoch milliseconds (number)
• seq: monotonic integer per machine (persisted across reboots)
